We are planning to install appdynamics app agent to payara5 glassfish.
around 3 services is running, but what happened is 2 application are working fine but we are facing issue on 1 application.
let me explain you how our agent works, to make application and agent connectivity we use jvmoptions parameter using path.
after paramater is passed with startup and we can see our parameter reflected on the process but still agent is not connected to application and look as dummy.
need real assistance to check on this. even we can have a call. please let me know.
