Hi! From the web interface I can deploy applications from normal directories, but I have some symbolic links that do not deploy correctly because it seems from what it shows in the “engines” column it only says “web” , any idea what I should do to be able to use symbolic links to to deploy?

Do you use Windows or Linux?
If you’re on Windows, this is likely part of a larger issue with Payara Server running on Windows with symbolic links - there are other issues aside from this one that were reported on github. However, it’s not easy to fix and I recommend avoiding symbolic links when using Payara Server.
