Is there an easy way to update to the new version, or do I have to reconfigure everything again?

Hi @StevenHachel,

In Payara Community, there are two ways to easily upgrade Payara versions, as documented in our technical documentation Upgrading Payara Server :: Payara Community Documentation

I would suggest the backup and restore method in this scenario, however you may wish to explore the domain and node directories method of upgrading Payara Community.
