Hi - I have an out of date payara server running on Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter and it needs moving to Windows 2022 server. What is the recommended version of Payara now please and is there a doc on how to upgrade payara server?

the currently supported version of Payara Community is 6 (current version is 6.2024.6).
Of course, there is still a way using Payara Enterprise with a long-term support of older versions of Payara and it includes also an upgrade tool:
